About Kymara
Our Story
Mental health is a critical component of my overall well-being, and it affects all of us in one way or another. As a speaker, I draw upon my extensive knowledge and lived experience to provide audiences with practical advice and support on how to improve their mental health. I did not pursue a degree in public speaking nor any of the topics I talk about. My family and I went through a tragic event that opened my eyes to this topic and persuaded me to spread awareness for mental health.

Whether it's understanding the signs and symptoms of mental health conditions, coping with stress and anxiety, or developing healthy habits and routines, I can offer a wealth of information and strategies to help individuals improve their, or other's mental health and well-being.

Through my presentations, I aim to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues and encourage individuals to seek help when they need it. I am dedicated to raising awareness about mental health and helping individuals lead happier, healthier lives.
